After a few discussion through mail and meeting, my supervisor suggested to me to used Artificial Intelligence as a new method in detecting the edges in Sickle Cell Anemia. My supervisor, Dr. Ahmad Sabry also send me articles to read so that i can get a few ideas to do more research on using Artificial Intelligence as my method to detect Sickle Cell.

WEEK 2: First Session

Activities
We seat and discuss about the topics that sir had suggested last week together with my two friends Adam and Nazifah. Dr. Ahmad Sabry Mohamad also asked if we had any idea about our FYP title.

I confirmed on doing research based as i know i have a defect in project based plus the research title that Dr. Ahmad Sabry had provided is seems interesting for me. He suggested on doing research on Sickle Cell Anemia. So, Dr. Ahmad Sabry suggested for me to do some research about a method i can use in Sickle Cell Disease analysis.

• Before meeting with Dr.Ahmad Sabry, he had given us homework require us to do some readings on few topics so that we would have an idea on topics that will be discussing in meeting.

2. Big data analytics: DAQ data management in Healthcare (software)
3. Dialysis Machine/CT Scan simulation (Prototype)
4. Automated Healthcare Risk assessment for offshore platform (software)

WEEK 1

• Choosing a Supervisor for Final Year Project

I decided to choose Dr, Ahmad Sabry Mohamad as my supervisor for FYP. I decided to choose a lecturer that i am familiar with from Medical Electronics section, so decided to choose Dr. Ahmad Sabry Mohamad because he is my lecturer for Medical Laser subject.

I sent an email to Dr. Ahmad Sabry to propose him to be my supervisor. He gave me a homework to do some research for a few topic that he suggested.
